Clio Cannabis Announces The Winners Of Its Inaugural Competition

MedMen, Houseplant, dosist and VICELAND are among the Gold Clio Cannabis Award Winners
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Nov. 20, 2019 /AxisWire/ – Clio Cannabis, the new joint venture from Clio and High Times celebrating the creators at the forefront of cannabis marketing and communications, today announced the winners of its inaugural program. At a ceremony from NeueHouse in Los Angeles hosted by entrepreneur and former NBA player John Salley, the gold, silver and shortlist winners were revealed, with the Gold Clio Cannabis winners taking the stage to accept their trophies.
Salley kicked off the evening with an introduction to the program and the environment in which it launched, noting that, “advances have been made legislatively, technologically, and—of course—botanically that have placed cannabis squarely at the center of the national conversation.”
He then announced the Gold Clio Cannabis award winners, including:

The event also featured a panel discussion led by High Times President and CEO Craig Fox. R&B legend Macy Gray, NFL all-pro athlete Ricky Williams and Cypress Hill’s B-Real delved in to their personal experiences with cannabis and the development of their brands in the space.
